Permanent coating

 

A permanent coating has been developed for multiple, successive graffiti removals. This protection layer is particularly suitable for small to medium sized graffiti that need to be frequently and quickly cleaned (without hot water high-pressure device). The protection coating remains unnaffected and doesn't need to be renewed.

Paint smears are easily removed using biodegradable cleaners and an absorbent cloth. Graffiti removal can thus be carried out easily, inexpensively and promptly. Permanent coatings are extremely resistant to environmental influences and have a functional guarantee of up to 10 years.

 

Technical process

1. Permanent coating is applied on the surface

2. Average moisture evaporation through permanent coating (class 2 according to DIN EN ISO 7783-2)

3. Paint is sprayed on permanent coating and blocked at the surface. No sinking of the paint into the substrate.

4. Removal of graffiti with graffiti remover and rag. The protective layer is not affected.

5. The permanent coating doesn't need to be re-applied. Up to 100 clean-ups possible.

Glossy: > 85 Gloss level at 60° grade
Satin finish: 45-50 Gloss level at 60° grade
Mat: 15-20 Gloss level at 60° Winkel
Ultra mat: < 5 Gloss level at 60° Winkel

PERMA-Guard is a high performance, water based, two-component polyurethane permanent coating system. The graffiti protection coating allows for graffiti removal up to 100 times without renewing the protection coating and therefore offers a superior and permanent protection against graffiti.
